Owner Kelli has over 20 years experience expertise in marketing and management, with a focus on advertising, product management and channel engagement within the technology and franchise industries. She holds an MBA, is currently completing her Graduate Diploma in Digital Marketing, and is an approved Advisor with the Advisory Board Centre.
Rachael has a Bachelor of Business major in Marketing from APM in Sydney. She brings over 7 years experience in the marketing industry, including a number of years heading up the marketing division of a major automotive franchise.
With a passion for helping small businesses, TJ uses his marketing and business skills in research and strategic planning. TJ is a Marketing Specialist looking after a number multi-unit franchisee clients. He holds a Bachelor Business focused in Marketing from Griffith University.
Hayley joined The Marketing Lab Team while studying her Bachelor of Business (Public Relations) at university. As a Dean’s List student, she was awarded a scholarship to study overseas and was selected by QUT to support a PR research project. Graduating in 2017, Hayley is now a Marketing Specialist with a passion for PR and all things social and digital.
Tabitha has over 3 years’ experience in the small business and franchise marketing space and started working with The Marketing Lab as part of a practical immersion program with her study at RMIT. In her position as a Marketing Specialist, Tabitha delivers cross functional marketing support, working with all brands and all business units.
Gregg is our most recent grad hire, when at aged 40, he decided to head to university to study marketing, leaving a 20+ year career as a plumber and stevedore on the wharves. He holds an Associate Degree in Business from the University of Southern QLD, and is responsible for researching and preparing Local Opportunity Plans and Territory Opportunity Plans.
Sam is in her final year of a Bachelor of Business majoring in Marketing at Griffith University. She comes to the Marketing Lab with 5 years experience as a Client Manager for a large market research firm. Sam’s attention to detail and ability to juggle priorities sees her in a cross functional role as a Marketing Specialist.
Lani holds a degree in Graphic Design and eMedia & Web Design from the University of the Sunshine Coast. As Graphic Designer he is responsible for the development of all creative elements across both print and digital for all clients. Lani has a natural ability to blend creative concepts with strategic thinking.
Tash has been working as a designer within the franchise space for nearly 8 years. A passionate custodian of our clients’ brands Tash is fast, talented and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from the University of the Sunshine Coast. Tash specialises in brand development.
As Finance Manager, Rachel is responsible for all the financial aspects of running The Marketing Lab, with a focus on operational efficiencies. Rachel is a qualified Financial Planner, holds qualifications in business and last year completed a degree in Complimentary Medicine.
Cassie is new to the marketing industry, coming from a corporate background in the finance, manufacturing and energy sectors, working with executive teams and boards. As an Activations Specialist, Cassie uses her networking and people skills to identify, engage and organise successful events for our clients.
Niamh is currently in her third year of a double degree of Business and Information Technology at QUT and has been recognised as a Westpac Young Technologist Scholar. As an intern, Niamh is responsible for data integrity and managing our internal project management and CRM system. Niamh is fascinated with Computer-Human Interaction and finding ways to combine marketing with technology.
Chantelle started with The Marketing Lab in 2016 as a part time marketing assistant, before moving into the role of Marketing Specialist. Currently Chantelle is on maternity leave, taking care of her gorgeous third child, Georgia.
